Do You Understand the Idea of Leverage?
A few times a year, I host a private event — nothing flashy, just a quality evening where I bring together some of my favorite people. Entrepreneurs, friends, past clients, current clients, and future ones who don’t know it yet.
I reserve a local spot, cover the food, the cigars, the cocktails. There’s no pitch. No logo banners. No “Let me tell you what Bahlr can do for you.” It’s just people connecting. And I love it.
But here’s where leverage comes in.
Every one of these events, I bring a videographer. Nothing intrusive. No bright lights or production chaos. Just subtle documentation: a few one-minute testimonials, some beautiful footage of the atmosphere, a quick intro and outro from me off to the side. The entire video is edited and saved. I don’t even post it right away. Sometimes it’s three weeks later. Sometimes three months.
But when I do post it, it’s brand new to whoever’s watching. And it works.
People see the vibe. They feel the energy. They hear real humans share what it’s like being connected to this network — and in many ways, to me. Suddenly, someone who wasn’t even there is part of the moment. And it doesn’t just serve as a memory for the people who were there. It expands the reach of the event far beyond the night itself. That’s leverage.
This is what I want businesses to understand: Every meaningful thing you do can be multiplied — if you just document it right.
That meeting with your whole team? That training session with a speaker? The day your office celebrates a milestone? The surprise visit from a celebrity? That warehouse tour, Christmas party, lunch and learn, or community outreach moment — all of it can live once, or it can live again and again in front of potential clients, future employees, and people deciding whether or not to trust your brand.
If you’re not documenting what matters, you’re missing the easiest form of marketing you’ll ever have. Real people. Real culture. Real value.
You don’t need to figure out how to do it. That’s what I do. Bahlr comes in, captures it right, and turns it into media that moves. Not fake hype. Not staged advertising. Just strategic proof of who you are and what it’s like to be around you — leveraged into the world in a way that makes people pay attention.
If this strikes a chord — if you’re starting to see the value in capturing what you’re already doing — reach out. Let’s talk. I’d love to help you leverage what’s already in front of you.
