Easy Home Buyer

Easy Home Buyer (EHB) had built a strong presence in our region with years of consistent TV and radio ads. Their jingle was instantly recognizable, and their media placements were clearly working. But as their ad frequency increased, the content itself started to feel overly sales-driven, missing the opportunity to build deeper brand credibility and trust.

The Goal

After seeing EHB’s ads running alongside several of our own on TV, Corey (owner of Bahlr) made a simple cold call to Chad, offering to elevate the brand’s content with a more cinematic, story-first approach. One call, an email, and a meeting later—we had a full creative partnership underway.

Commercial Production

Bahlr wrote, casted, directed, and produced two completely original, high-quality :30 commercials filmed locally in Spokane, WA:

“Horror Turned Hopeful”

A suspenseful, playful, and relatable story about turning real estate nightmares into stress-free solutions.

“Every Home Has a Story”

A heartfelt, cinematic look at the emotional journey of leaving a home filled with memories, with EHB making the transition smooth.

Both spots were designed to complement EHB’s existing ads, giving their audience a refreshing change of pace while still driving home their core message.

🎙️ Radio Production:

Alongside the video work, we produced three new radio spots designed to keep EHB’s strong presence on the airwaves while improving overall quality and listener engagement.
We found in production that the scripts were ideal for :30 spots, and with a little creative magic, we crafted powerful, effective ads that still included EHB’s signature jingle.

The next phase? Recording :60-second versions with Chad’s voice for testing and comparison
