The initial steps in Kendra’s branding journey were crucial. After several collaborative sessions, the importance of selecting the right business name became evident. While Bahlr facilitated this process, the final decision rested with Kendra, underscoring the personal connection and significance of the name chosen. Settling on ‘Profectus,’ a name that does not traditionally align with an elephant, we nonetheless incorporated this majestic animal into the brand. Elephants, known for their intelligence, emotional depth, and social complexity—traits emblematic of a seasoned business coach—perfectly symbolized the strength and wisdom Kendra aimed to embody. The branding process, typically spanning one to two months, was expedited due to Kendra’s decisiveness, concluding in about 30 days. The chosen green color palette reflects growth and profit, resonating with her target demographic. After exploring over fifty concepts, we solidified Profectus’ branding, as detailed in the comprehensive brand guidelines showcased in this study.

Website Design & Development
Our approach to website design is straightforward and efficient, beginning immediately after establishing a solid brand identity and comprehensive branding guidelines. For Profectus, we dove into designing the homepage as soon as the branding was finalized. With Kendra’s prompt approval of the initial layout, we swiftly moved on to designing the subsequent pages according to the sitemap. Each element—from copy to photographs—was meticulously selected to enhance the website’s B2B appeal, showcasing Kendra’s engagement with fellow entrepreneurs. Incorporating impactful testimonials and strong calls to action further fortified the site’s purpose to attract and engage potential clients. The result was a robust online presence that not only resonated with her target audience but also seamlessly reflected the newly established brand identity.



With the brand firmly established and the website launched, our next focus was on amplifying Kendra’s presence through consistent video content. This initiative was part of our bi-monthly strategy to increase client engagement and awareness through our Bahlr Blueprint program. We produced long-form video content that offered viewers a detailed glimpse into a day in the life of a business coach. These videos featured Kendra in various professional settings—including meetings, interviews, and networking events—providing valuable insights and personal anecdotes from her experiences. This visual storytelling not only enhanced her professional image but also played a crucial role in attracting new clients by highlighting her expertise and approachability.
