The Challenge
Levi Gossett had spent much of his life working in concrete. From jobsite to leadership, he climbed the ranks within other companies—but the entrepreneurial itch never went away. When he finally made the leap to start his own concrete company, the decision was both courageous and daunting. He wasn’t just starting from scratch—he was staking his name and future on it.
Like many tradesmen, Levi knew concrete, not marketing. But he had the awareness most in his industry overlook: he needed a brand, a website, and a presence that matched the quality of his work. That’s when he came to Bahlr.
The Work
We began where every real brand should—with the name. Levi had already landed on Goscon, originally spelled with two S’s to reflect his last name (Gossett). After some strategic discussion, we simplified it to a single-S structure: strong, clean, and built to last—just like the work he does.
From there, we created a brand identity that captured the essence of concrete work: bold, solid, unshakable. The custom ‘G’ icon gives the brand a recognizable symbol that speaks to both power and precision.
With the brand locked, we moved fast—building a starter landing page to help him begin attracting leads while we planned for a larger buildout. We also printed over 200 branded shirts for his crew, giving the team a unified and professional look on job sites across North Idaho.

The Results (So Far)
Within weeks of launch, Goscon began getting compliments on the brand—from general contractors, fellow tradesmen, and community members. His website is already generating organic inquiries, and he’s quickly establishing a reputation as one of the few concrete companies in the area that “gets it”—both on the job and online.
Most concrete professionals don’t think about branding or web presence. Levi did—and it’s already separating him from the pack.
