Introduction
Pro Vision Academy first connected with Bahlr after seeing one of our Meta platform ads showcasing work we had done for other clients. That ad sparked a meeting request, and soon after, Dario Romero and Greg Peach sat down with Corey at Bahlr headquarters in Coeur d’Alene.

From the start, the discussion centered on a clear challenge: Pro Vision’s brand was being communicated almost entirely through its athletic programs — 7-on-7, 5-on-5, and other offerings — but not through its deeper story.
In reality, Pro Vision isn’t just about sports. It’s about changing kids’ lives through athletics. The organization is run and coached by former professional and collegiate athletes from the CFL, NFL, and universities nationwide. Their Spokane-based academy builds confidence, character, and integrity in every young athlete they mentor.
They wanted that life-changing mission front and center in every part of their brand.
The Challenge
Before Bahlr stepped in, the Pro Vision brand:
- Focused heavily on programs without sharing the why.
- Lacked unified storytelling across platforms.
- Had a website that was headline-heavy, with calls to action leading to third-party logins instead of internal storytelling.
- Wasn’t fully utilizing its video and branding potential to communicate its mission.


The Plan
From day one, this was never about one service like just a video, a website, or branding. It was about instilling the right message into every avenue of communication — so the market could truly understand the Pro Vision difference.
Our approach:
1. Refine and organize the brand for long-term use.
2. Rebuild website messaging and flow to emphasize their mission before their programs.
3. Produce a professional, ongoing video campaign to visually tell the Pro Vision story.
4. Showcase the relationship between client and agency — a unique part of how Bahlr works.
We started by taking their existing brand assets and organizing them into a clear, functional brand guideline. No visual changes were made — instead, we built a structured tool they could use moving forward to maintain consistency.


The website needed a complete messaging overhaul. We shifted the focus from purely program-based navigation to storytelling that communicates their mission, values, and community impact.
This involved:
- Multiple meetings to develop a new sitemap.
- Copywriting that merges Pro Vision’s authentic voice with market-ready messaging
- Clean design that balances calls to action with emotional storytelling.


Video Production
To bring the Pro Vision Academy story to life, we executed a multi-day, multi-location video campaign—built entirely in-house by Bahlr. Across three focused shoot days, we captured live training environments, one-on-one coach interviews, and authentic testimonials from athletes and parents.
Each video was concepted, directed, filmed, and edited by our team to serve a specific role in the client’s brand ecosystem—from homepage hero visuals to long-form content designed for YouTube and social. This suite of videos doesn’t just show what Pro Vision does—it reveals why it matters.
Bahlr Behind the Scenes
We did something special for Pro Vision: brought a separate camera crew to film our process — showing what it’s like behind the scenes to work with Bahlr.
This behind-the-scenes piece showcases:

Client Relationship
At Bahlr, we believe you can’t clearly define a client’s message without knowing them personally. For Pro Vision, we organized a high-end client dinner in their hometown — a chance to deepen our connection outside the office.
We enjoyed a luxury steakhouse dinner, followed by cigars and cocktails at Legends of Fire. This wasn’t about business pitches — it was about building trust, understanding, and friendship.
