What do I need to send?
A few lines about your brand, the colors you use or like, and every logo file you can find. Old brand guides, business cards, a photo of your sign or even a screenshot all help.
What if all I have is a screenshot of my logo?
Send it. When your logo is sharp enough, we turn your own file into a clean vector you can use for signs and print. When it isn't, we tell you plainly and organize the best files you have.
What's a vector, anyway?
A vector file (SVG, EPS, AI or PDF) is drawn with shapes instead of pixels, so it stays sharp at any size, from a business card to a billboard. A PNG or JPG is made of pixels: great on screens, fuzzy when it's blown up.
Will you change my logo?
No. Your guide organizes the brand you already have. If you want a new logo, that's our branding service, and every brand we design comes with its guide.
Where does my guide live?
On its own link that you can send to anyone. If you'd like it on your website too, we'll help put a Brand guidelines link in your footer.
Can I print it?
Yes. Every guide comes with a printable PDF, plus one download with every file in it.
How long does it take?
Your guide is in your inbox within 24 hours of sending us your brand. If something needs a closer look, like a logo too blurry to print, Corey reaches out first. And if anything isn't right after, tell us and we'll fix it.
