Do you use AI to design my brand?
No. Never. Every concept is made by a real designer. We use AI in plenty of places to help businesses run, but a brand should come from people who understand yours.
Wait, no AI in the brand, but an AI assistant on my website?
Exactly. Creating your identity is human work, start to finish. Answering website visitors at 11 pm and capturing leads is where AI earns its keep, so every bahlr website includes an AI assistant.
How many concepts will I see?
Usually 15 to 30 in round one. You narrow those to three or four, we refine them, and round two brings 15 to 20 more. Some brands see hundreds of concepts before the one. We keep going until it’s right.
Can you help us name or rename the business?
Yes. If you need a name, or you’ve outgrown the one you have, naming is part of discovery, before any design starts.
Who owns the logo and files?
You do. Every file, every version and your brand guidelines are yours to keep and use forever.
Can I pay for branding monthly?
Yes. The brand experience is $7,000, paid in full or in 7 monthly payments of $1,000. With a bahlr website, the brand is $5,000.
What does “unlimited updates” really mean?
It means you ask and we change it: text, photos, services, hours, new sections. It’s part of the website program for as long as you’re in it, along with hosting, management and SEO.
Can I get just a website, without new branding?
Yes. If your brand is already strong, we’ll build the website around it. And if it needs work, we’ll tell you honestly.
