NIC’s Workforce Training Center focuses on certified, practical jobs that lead directly to successful careers—no traditional degrees required. Their programs are thriving, and they wanted to show prospective students how these courses prepare them for real-world success.
The Process: Collaboration & Creativity
During our initial meeting with NIC, we uncovered their unique story and identified how best to share it. From this discussion, we developed a video concept that reverse-engineered the student experience:
- Start with the results: Showcase graduates thriving in their careers, highlighting the real-world impact of NIC’s programs.
- Climax with the classroom: Build anticipation by revealing the message, It all starts here, with dynamic classroom footage.
Our goal was to make the audience feel the excitement of transformation and opportunity, driving home the value of NIC’s Workforce Training Center.
The Outcome: A Hit Across the Board
This video was a success from every angle. Approved without a single edit, it resonated with NIC leadership and was embraced as a key promotional tool. It now airs on KXLY, inspiring new students to join programs that deliver real-world results.
