Introduction
When CPPS (The Center) set out to elevate its brand presence among high-level corporate audiences—banks, national retailers, Fortune 500 firms—they needed more than another training video. They needed a cinematic statement piece that embodied authority, professionalism, and empathy. Bahlr delivered an anchor video designed to be both emotionally compelling and strategically sharp.
Context & Challenge
CPPS is a leader in workplace violence prevention and response training. Their clients include large national corporations and organizations that both understand the importance of safety but often lack the spark to fully convey it. The ask was for a video that didn’t explain policy or training step-by-step, but something that stopped executives cold and inspired action: “We need to be ready. We need to call CPPS.”

The Strategy
- Target Audience: Corporate decision-makers and safety leaders.
- Tone & Hook: “No one expects a crisis until it happens”—built to instill pause and self-reflection.
- Narrative Focus: Stop, reflect, protect. Elevate the idea that leadership in crisis is proactive.
- Credibility: Featuring real CPPS leadership, real credentials (former federal agents, psychologists), real stories.
- Feel: Cinematic, emotional, human-centered—not just professional, but memorable.
Execution
- Location: Downtown Spokane (Peyton Building), graphics-rich, atmospheric, and controlled environment.
- Talent: Three narrators filmed; final edit used Stacie and Jake for best flow and emotional tone. All three appear visually with strong visual presence.
- Crew: Four-person Bahlr team: Director/Producer (Corey), cinematographer (Kevin), Camera/Editor (Kam), and Production Assistant.

Formats Delivered:
- Full HD with letterbox for general use and presentations.
- True widescreen for broadcast/website header usage.
- Post-Production: Voiceover, color grading, licensed music, and sound design.
- Turnaround: Completed from shoot (August 25) to final draft within two weeks—final deliverables delivered by around September 9.

- Voiceover and Interview-driven narrative with polished visual design
